Job Purpose: Lead - Interiors Finishes is responsible for leading Adani Airports interior design programs for Terminal buildings, cityside development (CSD) projects and ATC Complexes. With a focus on design management from concept to as-built stages, this role ensures that all interior projects align with the airport's long-term development vision. The role requires extensive experience in large-scale airport infrastructure, particularly in terminals, to deliver high-quality, innovative, and sustainable design solutions that enhance passenger experience and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
Adani Airport City is developing Mixed Use Real Estate Airport Cities including Retail, Office, Hotels, Convention Centre and Arena across various cities – Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Lucknow, Guwahati spanning over 22 Mn. Sft in the initial Phases.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee interior design initiatives for hospitality-led mixed-use developments, business parks, and retail spaces.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of interior design concepts.
- Provide strategic guidance and innovative design solutions to enhance the aesthetic and functional aspects of projects.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, building codes, and sustainability principles in all design activities.
- Cost Optimization of design requirements
- Adherence to time, quality and costing of projects
- Supervise and mentor junior interior designers, architects to foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Conduct regular site visits and participate in project meetings to monitor progress and address any interior design-related challenges.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of interior design processes and methodologies to optimize project outcomes.
- Lead the interior design process for the respective asset across all stages of development and working with consultants for respective project requirements.
- Work towards standardization of process, SOPs and interior design for various projects.
Qualifications
Education Qualification:
- Bachelor of Architecture from reputed institutes.
- Preferred: M. Arch from reputed institutes.
Experience
- 15-18 years of experience in interior design for hospitality projects, retail malls, and mixed use development.
- Proven track record in leading full-cycle projects from concept development to on-site completion.
Certification Required
No specific certifications required, but relevant certifications in interior design are advantageous.
Behavioural Skills

- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, BIM and SketchUp.
- Comprehensive understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and sustainable design practices.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing architectural concepts for hospitality-led projects.
Non-Negotiable Skills:
- Interior Design for Hospitality-led mixed-use development
- Hotels and Retail mall interior design experience
- At least one full cycle of experience from concept development to on-site completion
