Role Overview

You'll shape the visual language of Glance AI across campaigns, platforms, and markets. As a core creative partner, you'll translate ideas, trends, and strategy into high-impact visual storytellingspanning social, digital experiences, and large-scale brand campaigns. With a strong pulse on pop culture and consumer behavior, especially in the US, your work will help define how Glance AI shows up visually in the world.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visual Design & Craft: Lead design execution across integrated campaigns, with a strong focus on digital and social-first formats.
  • Campaign Development: Collaborate closely with copy, art direction, motion, and strategy teams to bring concept-driven, visually bold campaigns to life.
  • Trendspotting & Pop Culture: Stay ahead of cultural shifts across fashion, tech, internet culture, and American pop culture; translate trends into fresh, relevant visual expressions for the brand.
  • Social-First Design: Own visual systems and assets for social mediadesigning content that drives engagement, conversation, and cultural relevance.
  • Multi-Format Execution: Design across formats including static posts, carousels, stories, films, short-form video, presentations, and brand assets.
  • Global Lens: Contribute to campaigns for international markets, with a strong understanding of US audiences while maintaining global consistency.
  • AI & Innovation: Explore and experiment with AI-powered tools and new design technologies to create faster, smarter, and more innovative visual solutions.
  • Collaboration & Ownership: Partner with creative leads and cross-functional teams, thriving in a fast-paced start-up environment where ideas move quickly from concept to execution.

What We're Looking For

  • 58 years of experience in graphic design as a core craft, with exposure to agency and/or in-house brand teams.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating concept-led visual thinking, campaign work, and social-first design.
  • Experience in fashion, lifestyle, or tech categories is a strong plus.
  • Proven ability to design for digital platforms and motion/video-led content.
  • Deep interest in American pop culture and the ability to design for US consumer sensibilities.
  • Experience creating for global or multi-market audiences is a bonus.
  • A collaborative, proactive designer who adapts quickly and takes ownership.
  • Comfort experimenting with or integrating AI tools into the design process.
