- Diagnose and treat oral health issues including cavities, gum diseases, and tooth decay
- Perform procedures such as fillings, root canals, extractions, crowns, and bridges
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions
- Interpret dental X-rays and diagnostic tests to determine the condition of a patients oral health
- Administer anesthesia and ensure patient comfort during dental procedures
- Maintain accurate records of patient treatments and medical histories
- Supervise dental hygienists and assistants, ensuring high standards of care and cleanliness are maintained in the clinic
- Stay updated with the latest dental technology and treatment methods through continuous education
