Key Responsibilities
1. Merchandising Strategy & Storefront Optimization
- :Develop and execute a comprehensive on-site merchandising strategy that aligns with B2B customer needs, sales goals, and market trends
- .Manage product categorization, on-site search optimization, and implement effective cross-sell/up-sell strategies to increase Average Order Value (AOV)
- .Utilize data to analyze user behavior, conversion funnels, and customer journeys
- .Identify friction points and opportunities for optimization; design and implement A/B tests to improve key metrics like clickthrough rate, conversion rate and user engagement
.2. Marketing & CRM Campaign Management
- :Design, launch, and manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across various channels to drive traffic and engage
- .Lead the strategy and execution of all CRM campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications) to acquire, drive repeat purchases, and reduce churn
- .Develop customer segmentation strategies to deliver personalized marketing messages, offers, and content
- .Monitor and report on campaign performance against key metrics (CAC, ROI, LTV), providing actionable insights for continuous improvement
.3. Promotions, Deals & App Engagement
- :Plan, configure, and execute a promotional calendar, including deals, volume-based discounts, and exclusive offers tailored for different B2B customer segments
- .Manage the implementation of all promotional activities on mobile app, ensuring a seamless user experience
- .Develop and run app-exclusive campaigns to drive downloads, user activation, and repeat usage
.4. Storefront Maintenance & Creative Oversight
- :Oversee the day-to-day maintenance and health of the B2B eCommerce storefront and app, ensuring product information is accurate, pricing is correct, banners are current, and all site functionalities are working flawlessly
- .Collaborate with design teams or external agencies to brief and develop compelling creative assets (banners, ad copy, email templates, landing pages)
- .Perform quality control (QC) on all creative and copy, ensuring it is on-brand, error-free, and optimized for the intended channel and audience before deployment
