Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the DCS/PLC team in the operation and maintenance of SCHINEDER FOXBORO-BOILER and TURBINE systems.
Develop and implement control strategies to optimize system performance and efficiency.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to DCS and PLC systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of control systems with other plant operations.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Provide training and mentorship to junior team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Drive innovation and process enhancements to increase overall plant productivity and reliability.
