Core Requirements
- 10+ years of overall experience, including 5 years in AI/ML with focus on NLP & LLMs
- Strong academic background in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related fields
- Proven track record of delivering end-to-end AI/ML solutions in production
- Advanced proficiency in Python with strong software engineering fundamentals
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs and frameworks (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
- Expertise in deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow

Drive AI Innovation
- Stay ahead of advancements in LLMs, transformer architectures, and multimodal AI

Architect Intelligent Solutions
- Design scalable solutions for complex AI/ML challenges using state-of-the-art LLMs
- Build and validate proof-of-concepts and prototypes
- Lead experimentation to compare models, prompts, and architectures
- Collaborate across teams to translate business problems into AI solutions
Build Production-Ready Systems
- Develop robust, scalable AI applications using modern engineering practices
- Design and implement agentic workflows using tools like LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI
- Integrate advanced LLM capabilities:
- Tool & function calling
- Multi-turn conversational flows
- Structured outputs
- Build real-time, fault-tolerant AI systems
- Optimize systems for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency
Lead Experimentation & Optimization
- Design and execute experiments to evaluate model performance
- Develop frameworks for LLM evaluation, benchmarking, and monitoring
- Optimize prompt strategies, fine-tuning pipelines, and inference performance
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to drive improvements
