Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced ML & Generative AI Lead to drive the design, architecture, and delivery of enterprise-grade Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions. This role requires deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI frameworks, and scalable production ML systems, along with strong technical leadership capabilities.

The ideal candidate will partner closely with business, product, and engineering stakeholders to translate complex business challenges into robust AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of ML and GenAI solutions aligned to strategic business objectives.
• Architect and implement LLM-powered systems including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and agentic workflows.
• Design and drive Agentic AI architectures using frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar platforms.
• Oversee the complete ML lifecycle: data preparation, model training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
• Establish and enforce MLOps/LLMOps best practices including CI/CD pipelines, model versioning, observability, scalability, and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Data, Cloud, Platform Engineering) to ensure secure, scalable, and production-ready AI implementations.
• Mentor and provide technical leadership to ML and GenAI engineers.
• Ensure adherence to Responsible AI principles, security policies, and governance standards.
• Engage stakeholders to define AI strategy and translate business requirements into impactful AI solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
• Hands-on experience with LLM platforms such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, or equivalent.
• Demonstrated expertise in designing and deploying Agentic AI systems.
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks including PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn.
• Experience building RAG pipelines and working with vector databases such as FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, or Chroma.
• Solid experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with MLOps/LLMOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, Azure ML, LangSmith, or similar.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
