About The Role
As a
Lead Data Scientist, you will work on building and fine-tuning
Generative AI and LLM-based solutions. You will play a hands-on role in developing AI agents, personalization systems, and NLP-driven applications while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop LLM- and Generative AI-based solutions for travel planning and conversational AI use cases.
- Fine-tune existing large language models using techniques like instruction tuning, domain adaptation, and few-shot learning.
- Build deep learning models for NLP tasks such as intent detection, summarization, embeddings, and recommendation systems.
- Work on AI agents for itinerary planning, real-time query resolution, and personalization.
- Optimize model performance, latency, and scalability for production deployment.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to translate use cases into AI-driven solutions.
Key Skills (Must Have)

Qualifications
- BE/BTech from Tier-1 institutes (IITs / IIITs / NITs)
- MS or PhD in CS / ECE / AI / ML preferred (Mandatory preference)
