As a Lead Data Scientist at Honeywell, you will be responsible for leading and driving data science initiatives, leveraging advanced analytics and machine learning techniques to derive actionable insights and deliver innovative solutions. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of data-driven innovation at Honeywell.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of advanced analytics models and algorithms
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand business needs and formulate datadriven solutions
  • Mentor and guide junior data scientists, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
  • Ensure the delivery of highquality, actionable insights to support business decisionmaking
  • Drive innovation within the team, exploring new methodologies and technologies to enhance analytical capabilities

Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 6+ years of experience within data analysis, statistical modeling, or another related field
  • Proven experience leading data science teams and delivering successful projects
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

WE VALUE

  • Bachelor's degree or Advanced degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related discipline
  • Experience in leading and ownership of complex data projects
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to align data science initiatives with business objectives
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R
