About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Data Engineer to design, build, and scale modern data platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC), Snowflake, and MuleSoft, with a proven track record of leadingdata engineering teams and delivering scalable, high-performance data solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of end-to-enddata pipelines using IDMC
- Architect and optimize data warehousesolutions on Snowflake
- Build and manage API integrations using MuleSoft forseamless data flow across systems
- Drive data integration, transformation, and migration initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Analytics, BI, Product, Engineering)
- Ensure data quality,governance, and securitybest practices
- Mentor and guide junior data engineersand enforce codingstandards
- Optimize performance, scalability, and cost of data platforms
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Informatica IDMC (IICS/CDI/CDQ/CAI)
- Expertise in Snowflake(data modeling, performance tuning, SnowSQL, tasks,streams)
- Solid experience in MuleSoft (AnypointPlatform, API-led connectivity)
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and ETL/ELT frameworks
- Experience in Airflow
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Strong understanding of data warehousing, data lakes, and data governance
- knowledge of AI/ML, GenAI.
- Experience in leading teams and handlingstakeholder communication
Good to Have
- Experience with Data Governance / MDM tools
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines & DataOps practices
- Exposure to BI tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Certifications in Snowflake/ Informatica / MuleSoft / Cloud platforms
