Job Title: Lead Data Engineer

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 8-15 Years

Roles And Responsibilites

8+ years of hands-on experience in ETL development and Data Architecture working with large datasets (5+ TB preferred).
Strong expertise in Python, Java, or equivalent scripting language.
Experience developing and deploying solutions at scale on cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (preferred), AWS, Azure, or Snowflake.
Strong experience in designing and implementing Data Warehouse architecture and OLAP technologies.
Hands-on experience with Star and Snowflake schema design.
Experience with real-time streaming tools such as Kafka, Kinesis, Apache Storm, Apache Beam, or similar.
Strong knowledge of Big Data technologies including Hadoop, Spark, Cassandra, MongoDB, or other open-source distributed systems.
Experience designing data solutions supporting BI tools such as Looker or Power BI.
4+ years of experience leading or mentoring technical teams.
Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Strong analytical thinking and business problem-solving ability.
Previous e-commerce domain experience is a plus.
