10+ years of experience in Data Engineering Data Validation for migration projects
Architect and implement automated validation frameworks using Azure-native tools such as Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Synapse, Databricks, PySpark, and Azure SQL
Strong experience with Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB
Hands-on experience in commercial Data Validation tools like Datagaps, Querysurge, etc
Proficiency in Python scripting for automation of data validation
Solid knowledge of data validation, reconciliation, and integrity checks
Experience with ETL/ELT processes and best practices
Strong understanding of Azure Synapse, Azure Storage, and Azure Functions
Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills
