Requirement Summary
We are looking for an experienced
Lead Data Business Analyst with
8+ years of experience in data analysis and business analysis, including
4+ years in the healthcare domain.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience working with
healthcare data, business stakeholders, and analytics teams to deliver data-driven insights and reporting solutions. The role involves
gathering requirements, analyzing healthcare datasets, and supporting BI and analytics initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements from healthcare stakeholders
- Translate business needs into functional requirements and data specifications
- Work with data engineers and BI developers to build reporting and analytics solutions
- Analyze healthcare datasets such as claims, clinical, and patient data
- Create and maintain data documentation, business rules, and data mappings
- Support development of dashboards and reports
- Ensure data accuracy, data quality, and compliance with healthcare standards
- Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and project planning
- Provide insights and recommendations using data analysis
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis / Data Analysis
- 4+ years of experience in Healthcare domain
- Strong knowledge of SQL and data analysis
- Experience working with BI and reporting tools
- Good understanding of data modeling and data warehousing concepts
- Experience working with healthcare data such as claims, EHR, and patient data
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams
