Healthcare Integration

- 3+ years working with healthcare data systems

- Hands-on experience with HL7 v2 or FHIR standards (ideally both)

- Understanding of HIPAA compliance requirements

- Experience integrating EHR systems, lab data, or medical devices

Data Architecture & Engineering

- 7+ years in data engineering and architecture

- Strong experience with cloud data platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)

- Expertise in building ETL/ELT pipelines and data warehouses

- Proficiency in SQL and Python

- Experience with modern data tools (Databricks, Snowflake, Airflow, Spark, or similar)
