Job Description

Who wearelooking for:

  • Expected to spend 100% of the time on hands-onDataAnalysis DataModeling ,designand architecture

  • Experience in Finance DomainandFCC (Financial Crimes and Compliance)is a plus

  • Should be able to work in overlap with Morning EST hours.

  • Extensive working knowledge andexpertiseon Spark SQL,RDBMS, Databricks

  • Should have worked ondatamigrationprojectsespecially cloud migration.

  • Work closely with business and IT teams to clarify and refine functional requirement specifications.

  • Work with source teams to understand the data and analyze the gaps

  • Come up withEntity and Attribute mappings, Dependencies,constraints ,Datarulesand data model

  • Should be able to work independently and communicate with IT and Business Stakeholders to drive technical delivery

  • Should be able to work on and strategize for futuredata model for compliance

Asa data analystyou will:

  • Hands on design and development.Spend 80% oftimeonowntasks as part of Sprint deliverables.
  • 12-16 Years of IT experience with relevant qualifications.
  • Min 6+ years of industry experience inBigdataand Cloudexperience.
  • Extensive experience onData Analysis,Data Mappings, Data Quality, SOR.
  • Exposure toAWS,Databricksismostdesirable.
  • Should have worked with RDBMS,OLTP,OLAP,Data Warehousesand ETL.
  • Strong SQL skillsisa must.
  • Knowledge onPysparkand data modelling is a plus.
  • Financial domain knowledge is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Agile experience

Musthave:RDBMS, Data Analysis,ERWIN ,SQL,Databricks, Spark,

Good at designand implementation

Good tohave:Agile,GIT,JFrog, Jenkins, VeraCode,AWS

Additionalrequirements:

  • Experienced, fully competent in own area.
  • Shares ownexpertisewith others.
  • Completesown roleindependently or with minimal supervision/guidance
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills. Experience writing, reviewing technologydocumentsincluding user guides.
