Position Details

Role: Data Analyst Lead
Location: Gurugram
Work Mode: Work From Office (Mon-Fri)
Shift Timing: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
Experience Required: 5+ Years

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Reporting

Analyze large datasets to generate actionable business insights and support decision-making.
Develop and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and performance trackers.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting systems.

Advanced Excel & Automation

Utilize advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF, nested formulas, pivot tables, and conditional formatting.
Create automated reports and streamline repetitive tasks using macros/VBA (preferred).
Build dynamic reports and analytical models for operational and management review.

Power BI & SQL

Design and maintain interactive dashboards and visual reports using Power BI.
Write optimized SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
Work with relational databases and data modeling concepts to improve reporting efficiency.

Data Management & Transformation

Clean, structure, and transform data from multiple internal and external sources.
Monitor data quality and resolve discrepancies proactively.
Support business teams with data-driven recommendations and analytical solutions.

Stakeholder & Team Collaboration

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting and analytics requirements.
Present insights clearly to stakeholders and leadership teams.
Maintain professional communication through reports, presentations, and documentation.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
5+ years of experience in MIS/Data Analytics roles.
Strong expertise in MS Excel and Automation
Excellent SQL knowledge and hands-on experience with database querying.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
Knowledge of Python, R, VBA, or other automation tools will be an added advantage.
Candidate must have a laptop with minimum 16GB RAM and high-speed internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps)
