Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Lead Data Analyst. The Lead Data Analyst will play a pivotal role in analyzing complex datasets, building advanced data models, and generating actionable insights to support decision-making. Daily responsibilities include conducting data analysis, interpreting statistical information, creating reports, overseeing data-driven projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Analytical Skills and Data Analytics to interpret and extract insights from complex datasets
- Expertise in Statistics and Data Modeling for constructing predictive and descriptive models
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively present findings and collaborate with diverse teams
- Familiarity with data visualization tools and advanced proficiency in data manipulation tools
- Proven ability to solve problems and apply critical thinking in data-driven environments
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field
- Previous experience in a leadership or team management role is a plus
