How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
- Define and implement the organization's cybersecurity strategy, policies, and controls to safeguard digital assets.
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments, manage vulnerabilities, and execute penetration testing to identify and mitigate threats.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards including ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, and HIPAA.
- Lead the design and management of CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native deployments across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Drive automation initiatives to enhance system reliability and performance, utilizing tools like Terraform and Ansible.
- Build and lead a high-performing team of DevOps and security engineers, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Manage relationships with vendors and oversee third-party security assessments to maintain robust security practices.
- Provide regular reports to senior leadership on the infrastructure's security posture and reliability metrics.
Key Skills And Experience
Must-Have:
- Graduate or Masters in engineering with 12 plus years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity.
- Hands-on expertise with AWS/Azure/GCP, containers (Docker/Kubernetes) and automation tools like (Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD)
- Experience in scripting/programming skills (Python/Bash/Go, or similar).
- Experience with security frameworks & compliance standards (ISO, NIST, SOC2, PCI-DSS, GDPR, etc.).
- Proven leadership experience managing technical teams.
- Experience with zero-trust architecture and DevOps practices.
Nice-To-Have:
- Relevant certifications: CISSP, CISM, OSCP, or AWS Security Specialty.
