Lead, Curriculum & Program Design

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Lead, Curriculum & Program Design based in Gurugram, with some flexibility for remote work. The role involves leading the design and development of innovative curriculum and learning experiences. Responsibilities include conducting research to inform instructional design, creating educational content, and collaborating with teams to align learning programs with organizational goals. The candidate will play a key role in enhancing the effectiveness of the company's transformative learning initiatives.

• Strong expertise in Curriculum Development and Instructional Design
• Background in Education and familiarity with adult learning principles
• Proficiency in Writing and Research to create and evaluate learning materials
• Exceptional analytical and organizational skills
• Experience with digital tools and software for content delivery
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field (Master's preferred)
• Prior experience in leadership or organizational development is a plus
• A collaborative and innovative approach to designing impactful learning experiences
