Lead CSR

Role & Responsibilities:

• CSR Strategy & Roadmap DevelopmentDevelop and define the organization's CSR strategy aligned with business goals.
• Prepare long-term CSR roadmaps to ensure impactful initiatives.
• CSR Planning & BudgetingPlan and allocate budgets for CSR programs effectively.
• Monitor and control expenditure against allocated budgets.
• Partner Identification & CoordinationIdentify and liaise with NGOs, government bodies, and community organizations.
• Build strong partnerships to support CSR initiatives.
• Project Implementation & MonitoringOversee CSR projects from planning to execution.
• Track and monitor progress, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
• Compliance & GovernanceEnsure CSR activities comply with statutory regulations and corporate policies.
• Maintain documentation and reporting for internal and external audits.
