Credit policy design and review

• Review policy parameters to ensure that they are adequate to mitigate risks.
• Customizing policy parameters to various segments like customer profile, geography, exposure levels, etc.
• Taking inputs from all stakeholders and ensuring that risk-business expectations are well balanced.
• To perform periodic checks to ensure policy adherence e.g. timelines for full disbursement, under-construction exposure caps, APF exposure reviews

Credit processes review

• Design, review and implement process for entire loan life cycle from customer onboarding to release of property documents on loan closure
• Propose changes to processes wherever new risks are identified
• Perform periodic process audits to check process adherence.

PDD monitoring

• Develop and implement a mechanism for PDD reviews
• Liaison with branches for PDD status and resolution updates
• Regular reporting of PDD status to senior management

Documentation audit

• Implementation of robust system for documentation audit to ensure that all loan documentation is done to ensure that security interest is created sufficiently
• The scope of audit needs to be reviewed continuously to ensure that all changes are being adhered to and properly inculcated in the processes at the branches.
