Client-Facing Skills Leadership:
- Engage directly with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
- Need to have strong client relationship skills.
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills, mentor and guide junior content writers within the team.
Copywriting for Enterprise Brands:
- Develop compelling and effective copy for enterprise-level brands.
- Maintain high standards of creativity and accuracy in all written materials.
Content Development Skills:
- Develop strategic contents for websites, social media, PPC, and other ad campaigns.
- Develop high-quality content for marketing materials, including brochures, case studies, and whitepapers.
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams to understand the requirements and ensure cohesive and impactful content matching the same.
- Develop user interface text and deliver non-plagiarized content.
Other Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience working with enterprise brands is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in relevant tools and software (e.g. AI Tools, content management systems, etc.)
- Strong team management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
