Role Description
- Team Leadership & Counseling
- Lead, mentor, and manage the counseling team to ensure daily productivity and conversion targets.
- Handle escalated student/parent queries and guide them through the application and admission processes.
- Monitor counselors performance, share timely feedback, and implement improvement plans.
- Ensure counselors maintain high-quality communication standards and follow SOPs.
Training & Development
- Develop, deliver, and maintain training modules for new joiners and existing team members.
- Conduct regular training sessions on product knowledge, communication etiquette, objection handling, and counseling best practices.
- Identify performance gaps and design targeted training interventions.
- Track training effectiveness and ensure improved outcomes.
Operations & Reporting
- Work closely with the sales and operations teams to align targets and ensure smooth admission workflows.
- Maintain accurate reports on team performance, admissions, and training progress.
- Ensure adherence to all compliance, documentation, and client requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 24years of experience in admissions counseling, student guidance, or EdTech sales.
- Prior experience in team leadership or training is mandatory.
- Strong communication, mentoring, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop training content and deliver engaging sessions.
- Target-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Excel/Google Sheets, and reporting.
