Roles & Responsibilities
- Strategic projects and initiatives: from the idea stage to full scale implementation
- M&A: commercial & financial analysis, scenario modelling, preparation of presentations
- Coordinating interactions with strategic partners / prospects for growth
- Collect, analyze, and report project performance data / metrics from operating teams
- Monitor project performance Vs. budget / plan including evaluation of key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery, inventory turnover, transportation costs, and order fulfillment rates
- Create models, perform statistical and financial analyses, and prepare forecasts to support decisions and optimize inventory levels, routing, and vendor performance
- Mine data and track market landscape, identify potential growth opportunities
- Participate in external advocacy events
Experience & Skills Required
- MBA preferred, 6-8 years experience
- Consulting / Strategy / New business incubation experience or exposure desired
- Financial analysis, modelling (DCF, valuation, multiples, ratios etc.) and budgeting
- Ability to work alone without supervision and operate in cross functional groups
- High levels of self motivation and relationship-building capabilities
- Superior verbal communication and presentation skills
- Ideally from a consulting or strategy background
