Lead Copywriter (LY-CR07)

We're looking for a Lead Copywriter who can shape how our clients sound, think, and connect with their audiences across every touchpoint. Someone who knows that great copy is not just creative, but strategic, intuitive, and built to perform.

Key responsibilities:

Voice with Perspective

Understand each client's brand, then define and refine a voice that feels authentic to them.

Every headline, caption, and CTA should feel intentional and aligned with their goals.

Digital-First Thinking

Craft clear, user-friendly copy for websites, product pages, onboarding journeys, and in-app experiences.

Adapt seamlessly across industries while keeping usability at the core.

Marketing that Moves

Develop persuasive campaigns across digital, social, email, print, and OOH.

Balance creativity with strategy to drive engagement, awareness, and conversions for our clients.

UX Collaboration

Partner with designers, strategists, and developers to shape microcopy for buttons, tooltips, notifications, and error states.

The smallest words often define the smoothest experiences.

Strategy & Concept

Go beyond execution. Contribute to campaign ideas, elevate briefs, and bring clarity to complex products and services.

Ownership & Leadership

Manage multiple client projects with clarity and confidence.

Mentor junior writers, uphold quality standards, and ensure every deliverable reflects thoughtful craft.

What do we need from you

• A portfolio showcasing web, app, UX, and marketing copy across varied brands or industries.
• 5+ years of experience in copywriting, preferably across digital products and marketing ecosystems
• Ability to adapt tone and messaging across different audiences and sectors.
• Understanding of SEO and performance-driven writing.
• Experience in financial services or other regulated industries is a plus.
