You ll drive high-impact work, from social media narratives to large-scale brand campaigns, bringing a strong pop culture sensibility and deep understanding of consumer behavior especially for the US market.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Copywriting:Lead copy development across integrated campaigns with a strong focus on digital and social-first storytelling.
Campaign Development:Collaborate with art, design, and strategy teams to create compelling, trend-forward campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences.
Trendspotting & Pop Culture:Stay ahead of cultural shifts, fashion, tech, and American pop culture trends; adapt them creatively to Glance AI s brand voice.
Social Media Voice:Own and craft social-first ideas that spark engagement, conversation, and cultural relevance.
Content Across Formats:Develop scripts, taglines, and narratives for films, social videos, and short-form content and more.
Global Lens:Contribute to campaigns targeting international markets, especially US consumers, ensuring local nuance and global appeal.
AI & Innovation:Experiment with new creative tools, including AI, to deliver agile, cutting-edge creative solutions.
Collaboration & Leadership:Partner with creative leads, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced start-up environment.
