Lead - Control Assurance

Key Deliverables:

• Lead enterprise-wide control assurance testing including ITGC and process reviews
• Establish and implement annual control testing plan across business and technology areas
• Maintain and govern risk and control matrix, driving remediation of audit findings
• Build assurance frameworks for new technology initiatives and enhance control maturity

Role Responsibilities:

• Act as SME for control design, testing, documentation, and audit readiness
• Collaborate with functional, tech, and second-line assurance teams across geographies
• Present test results, risks, and improvements to senior stakeholders
• Identify process gaps through documentation and continuous improvement mindset
