Role Description

We are looking for a Lead – Content Management Team to drive the execution, quality, and scalability of our learning content. This role sits at the intersection of healthcare education, content operations, and digital learning to deliver high-impact learning experiences.

Responsibilities involve  

• Facilitate building comprehensive content and other learning tools for practising and student healthcare professionals
• Ensure accuracy, clinical relevance, and quality standards across all learning materials
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), instructional designers, and internal teams
• Monitor timelines and ensure on-time delivery of courses and modules
• Track content performance and recommend continuous improvements

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of nursing/medical practice experience is mandatory
• Experience working with healthcare/nursing/medical content is highly preferred
• Proven ability to manage teams and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders
• High attention to detail with a focus on quality and consistency
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English and a regional language
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Medicine
