Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant- Yardi Application End User Support (Functional)
Troubleshooting: Efficiently resolve user issues and system errors to ensure seamless operations.
New User Licenses/Deprovisioning: Manage the creation and removal of user accounts, ensuring proper access controls.
Responsibilities
.Troubleshooting: Efficiently resolve user issues and system errors to ensure seamless operations.
.New User Licenses/Deprovisioning: Manage the creation and removal of user accounts, ensuring proper access controls.
.Mass Updates and Uploads: Perform bulk data updates and uploads to maintain data integrity and accuracy.
.Report and Dashboard Building: Develop and customize reports and dashboards to provide valuable insights to stakeholders.
.Level 1 Administration and Configuration: Handle tasks such as field creation, layout changes, and release review and preparation.
.Support Marketing Cloud Connector: Assist with the integration and functionality of the Marketing Cloud Connector as required.
.Support for Marketing Cloud Instance: Work in partnership with the Digital Automation Manager to provide support for the Marketing Cloud instance.
.Utilize Demand Tools for Duplicate Management: Employ demand tools to manage and eliminate duplicate data entries effectively.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
.Any Graduation Equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
.Support for Marketing Cloud Instance: Work in partnership with the Digital Automation Manager to provide support for the Marketing Cloud instance.
.Utilize Demand Tools for Duplicate Management: Employ demand tools to manage and eliminate duplicate data entries effectively.
