In this role, we are seeking a creative, thoughtful, and customer-obsessed user experience designer to help us design real-life usability concepts that create value for business and customers. Your primary focus will be to create elegant and customer-focused designs that provide a superior product experience working in close collaboration with business, product, technology, and design teams. You will get the opportunity to own comprehensive end-to-end experiences, work across Genpact product and services and infrastructure yet provide locally relevant presentations of expansive content and functionality across a manifold of product lines, client devices, and locales.
Responsibilities
.Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript - the foundational technologies for web development
.Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
.Strong understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles
.Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git
.Knowledge of CSS preprocessors like SASS or LESS
.Ability to use command line tools for development and build processes
.Experience with testing and debugging tools for web applications
.Skills in web performance optimization and cross-browser compatibility
.Understanding of Document Object Model (DOM) manipulation
.Ability to integrate and work with RESTful APIs
.Familiarity with web accessibility standards and best practices
.Experience with content management systems (CMS) is a plus
.Experience in GenAI project (Good to have)
.Cloud experience (Azure/AWS/GCP)Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
.Batchelor Degree in any stream relevant years of experience
.Any specialized design degree will add an advantage to shortlist the candidate profile
.Good to have hands on experience in GenAI projectTechnology
.Experience in Web development applications like HTML5, React.js , Angular, Svelte, Tailwind CSS
.Very good In front end UI%5CUX Design, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop etc
