Job Title: Lead Consultant Recruitment
Role Summary
Drive revenue, manage key client relationships, and lead end-to-end hiring delivery while building and mentoring a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver annual revenue targets
- Build and grow client portfolio (new + existing)
- Drive repeat business and long-term partnerships
- Identify new industry verticals / niche opportunities
- Act as a strategic advisor to CXOs (CHROs, CEOs, Founders)
- Ensure high client satisfaction and retention
- Close mandates within defined TAT
- Maintain candidate quality and improve offer-to-join ratio
- Minimize dropouts and backouts
- Hire, mentor, and manage consultants
- Drive team productivity and accountability
- Conduct training and build domain expertise
