Job Description

Inviting applications for the role of LeadConsultant - Supplier Enablement, Analyst.

In this role, as part of the P2P Transformation program, the role will be supporting the team for driving enablement of Catalogs and buying channels in Ariba. The role would split their time between driving BAU continuous process improvement and participating in transformational projects to deliver better user experience and efficiency across the entire Source to Pay process.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare spend data for regions/ countries

  • Work with data and Analytics team and category managers/ business for supplier data collections and validation effort.

  • Serve as support contact for the Supplier Enablement

  • Support suppliers on Supplier Summits and Functional training

  • Follow up with suppliers on registering on SBN post supplier summits

  • Coordinate with suppliers on functional training

  • Monitor SBN account for supplier enablement status

  • Manage and reinforce supplier adoption compliance and escalation process and policies

  • Update cadence, and ongoing performance monitoring framework

  • Work with Catalogue Enablement substreams

  • Work with Internal and external stakeholders on cutover activities.

  • Managing the end-to-end supplier onboarding and activation process on the SAP Business Network.

  • Configuring and integrating CIG, Guided Buying, and SAP Business Network.

  • Executing system testing, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and data migration.

  • Supporting supplier enablement initiatives and ensuring high-quality supplier engagement

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

  • Good understanding of Supplier management ,category management and buying channels applicable

  • Knowledge of Supplier Business Network and Ariba & SLP

  • Ability to plan supplier onboarding lifecycle management

  • Good grasp of procurement policies and how they translate into channel controls and approvals

  • Understanding of end-to-end Source to Pay (S2P) processes such as category management, content enablement, CLM, Sourcing, SRM, and invoicing.

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, multi task, lead through ambiguities, influence where he/she does not have direct authority & build on unstructured formative situations

  • Bachelor's degree with strong experience in SAP Ariba, specifically in implementation, configuration, and support.

  • Hands-on experience with SAP Business Network (formerly Ariba Network) configuration, supplier onboarding, and supplier enablement.

  • Proficiency in Ariba integration technologies, particularly CIG (Cloud Integration Gateway), APIs, and data management processes.

  • Strong understanding of P2P (Procurement to Pay) or S2C (Source to Contract) processes, including supplier qualification, invoice management, and catalog management.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to collaborate with clients and technical teams.

  • SAP Ariba Certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP Ariba Procurement/Sourcing) are highly desirable.

  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP MM (Materials Management), and middleware technologies.

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SAP Activate

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

  • Good communication and customer-faced skills.

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
