Job Summary:

We are seeking an experiencedSF Project Manager with SF ONBmodule expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end implementationsofSuccessFactors ONB 1.0 and ONB 2.0for clients
  • Conductrequirement gathering workshops, business process mapping, and solution design
  • Oversee system configuration, integration, and deployment, ensuring best practices are followed
  • Collaborate withHR, IT, and business teamsto ensure seamless system adoption
  • Act as atrusted advisor, recommendingenhancements, process improvements, and system optimizations
  • Leaddata migration, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and post-go-live support
  • Stay updated withSAP SuccessFactors innovations, releases, and industry trends
  • Ensure project delivery aligns withtimelines, budgets, and quality standards
  • Managing GCC Accounts and increasing resource headcounts

Required Technical Competencies

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 10 + years of overall experience in SAP SuccessFactors, with at least4+ years specializing Onboarding
  • Proven experience inleading multiple implementations of SuccessFactors Onboarding
  • Familiarity withMiddleware (SAP CPI, Dell Boomi, etc.) for third-party integrations
  • SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Certificationstrongly preferred

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Knowledge ofAPI integrations
  • Hands-on experience inAMS (Application Management Services) and post-go-live support
  • Understanding ofHR analytics and recruitment KPIs
  • Should be aware of Integrations with other Module - EC & RCM

Domain and Industry Knowledge:

  • Minimum 2 End 2 End Implementation project experience -
  • Must have experience in Support and Rollout Projects.
  • Good Knowledge of ONB Process business processes and relevant technology platform or product
  • Able to prepare process maps, workflows, business cases and simple business models in line with customer requirements with assistance from SME and apply industry standards/ practices in implementation with guidance from experienced team members.

Requirement Gathering and Analysis:

  • Working knowledge of requirement management processes and requirement analysis processes, tools & methodologies.
  • Able to analyze the impact of change requested/ enhancement/ defect fix and identify dependencies or interrelationships among requirements & transition requirements for engagement.
