Lead Consultant - SAP EWM

Job Summary:

• Serve as a key SAP EWM Consultant responsible for delivering end-to-end SAP S/4HANA EWM solutions in complex warehouse environments.
• Work independently and manage client communications, solution design, and issue resolution.
• Provide expert support and implementation services across inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse processes in both decentralized and embedded EWM systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional SAP modules (SD, MM, PP, QM, TM) for seamless integration of warehouse processes with overall supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support a minimum of 2 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA EWM implementations and 2+ support projects.
• Analyze new requirements, prepare change requests (CRs), and create detailed functional specifications.
• Perform unit testing (UT), system integration testing (SIT), and support business approvals and go-live activities.
• Configure and support key EWM processes such as inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse activities.
• Implement and manage Put-away and Picking strategies including Wave Management, LOSC, POSC, WOCR, and Replenishment.
• Handle Handling Unit (HU) and Storage Unit Management, Batch Management, and Cycle Count/Physical Inventory.
• Design and implement Barcode and Labeling solutions and integrate with RF devices for warehouse operations.
• Configure and support Value-Added Services (VAS) and Data Replication (Business Partner and Product) using MDM.
• Resolve RFC Queue errors and ensure smooth integration with SAP Transportation Management (TM).
• Demonstrate deliverables during client meetings and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with XPS Shipping, Interleaving, Slotting, Rearrangement, and Door & Yard Management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 610 years of experience in SAP EWM Consulting with strong focus on S/4HANA.
• Proven ability to independently manage client discussions, requirement gathering, and solution design.
• Deep understanding of decentralized EWM architecture and end-to-end warehouse processes.
• Strong experience in integration with related SAP modules: SD, MM, PP, QM, and TM.
