Lead Consultant - SAP EAM (Plant Maintenance)

• 12+ years of hands-on experience in SAP PM implementation and support. Lead end-to-end implementation and support of the SAP Plant Maintenance module.
• At least 4 full lifecycle SAP PM implementations in a lead role.
• Strong understanding of SAP PM master data, work orders, notifications, task lists, maintenance plans, and reporting.
• Experience in SAP EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) is a plus.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Gather and analyze business requirements, design functional specifications and system configuration.
• Oversee and participate in blueprinting, design, testing, training, and go-live support phases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., MM, PP, FI, CO, EAM) to ensure seamless integration.
• Develop and maintain system documentation including process flows, configuration guides, and user training materials.
• Provide expert guidance and troubleshooting support during implementation and post-go-live phases.
• Conduct user training sessions and workshops to ensure system adoption.
• Act as a mentor to junior SAP consultants and support team members.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to optimize business processes using SAP PM.
• Manage project deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
