The role is that of a Research Analyst India Real estate sector.
Min. 6 Years Experience Required.
Write real estate industry research reports. Scope of industry research encompasses property market sub segments like residential, office, retail, hospitality, warehouse, and data centres across the major Indian cities. Granularity of research ranges from a micro-market to country level assessment.
Cover 1-2 Indian cities as primary markets.
Provide a research opinion on the macro-economic environment and regulatory policies relating to the real estate industry.
To comprehend quantitative and qualitative information and undertake forecasting exercises by adopting econometric and accounting models.
Write methodically strong thematic reports on subjects like capital markets, regulatory environment for REIT, FDI policies, real estate regulation.
Prepare financial models for conducting financial feasibility analysis for under-construction and completed real estate projects.
Develop and maintain real estate and economic datasets in software's like MS Excel and Power BI.
Develop and maintain relationship with property developers, brokers, architects, legal firms, institutional investors and other relevant stakeholders for the markets under coverage.
