Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain healthcare applications using .NET (C#) for backend services and React for frontend interfaces.

• Build scalable, secure, and user-friendly solutions for patient portals, scheduling, billing, and clinical workflows.

• Ensure seamless integration of APIs, microservices, and third-party healthcare systems.

• Develop responsive and accessible UI components using React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.

• Implement robust backend services using .NET Core/C#.

• Design RESTful APIs and integrate with healthcare data systems (EHR, HL7, FHIR).

• Ensure backend services are secure, performant, and compliant with healthcare regulations.

• Ensure applications adhere to healthcare compliance standards (HIPAA, GDPR, HITECH).

• Collaborate with QA teams to validate functionality, security, and performance.

• Maintain audit-ready documentation for regulatory reviews.

• Work in Agile/Scrum teams, participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, QA, and compliance officers.

• Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

• Good experience in software engineering.

• Strong expertise in .NET (C#) for backend development.

• Hands-on experience with React for frontend development.

• Familiarity with healthcare workflows and compliance standards (HIPAA, GDPR, HITECH).

• Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

• Knowledge of security and accessibility standards.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Qualifications / Skills

• Prior experience in enterprise-scale applications across finance, healthcare, or manufacturing domains.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience leading development initiatives or owning modules within a larger product portfolio.

• Familiarity with microservices architecture and modern frontend practices (RxJS, state management).

• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
