In this role, we are looking for candidates who have relevant years of experience in designing and developing machine learning and deep learning system. Who have professional software development experience. Hands on running machine learning tests and experiments. Implementing appropriate AI engineers with GenAI.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement GenAI-powered workflows, including agentic architectures, tool-enabled agents, and multi-step orchestration pipelines.

• Implement AI systems leveraging MCP Server paradigms for tool augmentation, secure capability exposure, and modular AI application design

• Design and implement GenAI-powered workflows, including agentic architectures, tool-enabled agents, and multi-step orchestration pipelines.

• Build and optimize RAG pipelines (indexing, retrieval, embeddings, vector databases) to enhance the performance and reliability of LLM applications.

• Develop and deploy AI solutions using LLMs and SLMs, enabling capabilities such as summarization, reasoning, text generation, Q&A, classification, and autonomous decision-making

• Experience in AI/ML Architecture .

• Excellent knowledge on Python

• Close the gap between AI research and production to create ground-breaking new products, features and solve problems for our customers with GenAI

• Build and implement machine learning models and prototype solutions for proof-of-concept

• Scale existing AI models into production on a variety of cloud platforms with GenAI

• Analyze and resolve architectural problems, working closely with engineering, data science and operations teams.

• Good working knowledge on deep learning and advanced NLP techniques

• Analysing the use cases of ML algorithms and ranking them by their success probability

• Performing statistical analysis and using results to improve models.

• Training and retraining ML systems and models in real-world situations

• Good Understanding of LLMs and Gen AI technologies.(Azure Open AI, Lang Chain etc.)

• Experience in Agentic AI and RAG

• Exposure to cloud platform (AWS/Azure/GCP)

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

• Bachelor%27s degree in computer science engineering, information technology or BSc in Computer Science, Mathematics or similar field

• Master's degree is a plus

• Expertise in MCP server to develop and deploy GenAI Solutions

• Containerization - Docker, Kubernetes etc

• Languages and scripting: Python, SQL

• Cloud Services ((Any one))- AWS, GCP, Azure and Cloud Native

• Analytics and AI tooling - Sagemaker, GenAI

• Ensure GenAI outputs are contextually relevant

• Familiarity with Generative AI technologies, Design and Implement GenAI Solutions

• Collaborate with service line teams to design, implement and manage Gen-AI solution

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Undergraduate degree or Master's in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.

• Good years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering, data science, or intelligent systems.

• Strong proficiency in Python, including AI/ML libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.

• Experience developing and deploying GenAI, RAG pipelines, LLM/SLM applications, and agentic workflows.

• Hands-on experience working with MCP Server architectures, tool-augmented models, or modular capability frameworks.

• Good to have : Software engineering experience with backend languages such as Python, Node.js, or Ruby.

• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Chroma, Weaviate, Pinecone) is a plus.

• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and integration with AI systems.

• Experience with Databricks, large-scale data processing, and MLOps practices.
