Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant, Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design, build, and scale modern FinTech platforms. You will work across the stack-from high performance Java backends to intuitive React frontends-building secure, resilient, and scalable financial systems.
You will collaborate closely with product managers, architects, and other engineers to deliver high impact features while maintaining high engineering standards.
Responsibilities
Backend
.Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java (Spring Boot / Microservices) (JDK 17 & above / Spring Boot 3.X).
.Build RESTful APIs and integrate with internal and third party systems.
.Ensure security, performance, fault tolerance, and observability, critical to FinTech platforms.
.Work with relational and NoSQL databases design efficient data models.
.Proficiency on Message broker like Rabbit MQ or Apache Kafka.
Frontend
.Develop rich, responsive user interfaces using React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
.Collaborate with UX/UI designers to deliver intuitive customer and internal user experiences.
.Optimize frontend performance and ensure cross browser compatibility.
Cloud & DevOps (Plus)
.Deploy and operate applications on AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, EKS, etc.).
.Apply best practices for cloud security, cost optimization, and scalability.
Engineering Excellence
.Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code.
.Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical decision making.
.Mentor junior engineers and influence team best practices.
.Troubleshoot production issues and lead root cause analysis.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
.Strong hands on experience with Java (Spring Boot, Microservices architecture).
.Strong frontend development experience with React.
.Solid understanding of OOP, data structures, algorithms, and system design.
.Experience building API driven, distributed systems.
.Strong SQL skills and experience with databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar.
.Familiarity with FinTech-grade concerns: security, performance, compliance, and reliability.
.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
.Hands on AWS experience (deployment, services, operations).
.Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or container orchestration.
.Exposure to event driven systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.).
.Knowledge of OAuth, JWT, encryption, and application security best practices.
.Prior experience in payments, banking, trading, or financial platforms.
.Experience with monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.).
