Responsibilities
- Responsible for crafting clean, functional code that flawlessly suits the needs of the company. Your focus will be translating the design concepts and requirements into simpler implementation level details & designing and developing React.
- Drive a team of developers for all aspects of the work and ensure their best is extracted through their deliveries.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
- Collaborate with product owners to create and define user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Translate the design concepts, requirements into simpler implementation level details.
- Initiating collaboration with technical and product teams to identify development requirements and terms.
- Analysing the clients requirements and prioritising their suggested features
- Working in an Agile environment, following Scrum principles to break silos and support faster iteration and implementation of codes & apps.
- Continuously improve and optimize the performance of web applications.
- Keep up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure applications are current and competitive
- Experience with Docker, Git, GitHub
- Experience with AWS services, and Azure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent customer facing skills that include conducting compelling technical briefing & demonstrations.
- Perform code reviews and check code coverage to ensure the modularity and quality of the code and application.
- Work independently with limited or no handholding.
- Responsible for troubleshooting issues found during development and providing necessary resolution.
- Engage in technical discussions; participate in technical designs and present technical ideas through white board.
- Seed and provide feedback on design and development.

Minimum Qualifications
- B. Tech/B.E/ MCA
- Proven experience in architecting and developing complete UI for new applications from scratch.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Vite, Redux, and MUI Library.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
- Experience proving designing and developing impactful applications using React.
- Technically drive and review work of other team members.
- Adapting interface for modern internet applications using the latest front-end technologies.
- Strong proficiency in React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Making complex technical and design decisions for React and developing application codes and unit tests in React.
- Experience with Docker, Git, GitHub
- Experience with AWS services, and Azure.
- Consulting with the design team.
- Ensuring high performance of applications and providing support.
- Proficient in CSS, HTML, and writing cross-browser compatible code.
- Experience using Git, JavaScript building tools.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Critical thinker and good problem-solver.
