We are seeking a highly skilled EndUser ComputingConsultant to manage and troubleshoot our customer-based End-user Computing. This role will also be responsible for day-to-day Vulnerability and License management, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security across our cloud environment.
.Intune troubleshooting (specifically client related, Company Portal app installs etc, Autopilot build issues, log collection and analysis)
.Autopilot build testing (testing changes, validating build etc.)
.Mobility:
.Mobile Subscription Account Tidy (Review and Removal of unused subscriptions)
.Mobile Subscription Updates (Updates with appropriate details to help Identify Owner)
.SAM Activities -
.License Reviews
.License reclamation
.Software fulfilment
.Application installs/uninstalls/remediations (shadow IT, last 5% of deployments, small footprint upgrades etc)
.Non-Generic Software Requests review and processing
.Vulnerability Management
.Vulnerability Remediation (manual/automated remediations to improve security posture).
.White glove support to high-risk assets
.Knowledge Article Creation
.Data exercises, generating reports and updating data sets.
.Intune troubleshooting
.Autopilot build testing
.Mobility: Mobile Subscription Account and Updates
