Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant, Business Analyst
In this role, you will be responsible for crafting clean, functional code that flawlessly suits the needs of the company. Your main focus will be coding and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests. To support Engineer using Agile Methodology and should have an end to end understanding of business use cases, to transform them into an effective and strategic solution. Work with business people to have a real time problem and, craft the solution which really fits into client needs.
Responsibilities
.Demonstrate up-to-date expertise in Information Systems
.Stay current with customer needs and strategies utilizing formal and informal written communication methods (for example, emails, newsletters, PowerPoint presentations, executive updates, task lists, updates) to communicate updates and findings and facilitating project meetings and presentations to all types of diverse audiences (for example, senior management, Customers, technical staff)
.Identify, create and facilitate process design changes by conducting business and systems process analysis and design at a complex level focusing on quality improvement and data management ensuring data is reliable and valid developing process improvements or reengineering and recommending elimination integrating new systems and processes with existing ones
.Identify improvement opportunities (proactive and reactive)
.Elicit and clearly document business and systems requirements
.Assess business process and system inefficiencies
.Demonstrate fluency in business processes and process differentiation
.Create and maintain issue logs, meeting minutes, meeting schedules, project summaries and updates
.Support system conversions, upgrades, enhancements
.Identify opportunities for improving business processes through information systems
.Plan, organize and conduct walkthroughs with Business Units and Technical teams for common understanding across teams of requirements and signoff
.Liaise between Business Users and Technical team in analysis & design and with QA partners in verifying test outcomes

Minimum Qualifications
.BE/ B Tech/ MCA/M Tech
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

.Must have experience of working on largescale projects
.Exposure to Agile is a must
.Wealth Management / Investment Management background (Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office activities) centered on Capital Markets & Trading
.In-depth knowledge of portfolio management specifically as it relates to investment product trading, order management systems, execution processes for various asset classes/products, including booking models and regulatory compliance
.Understanding and exposure to Financial Data (specifically: Balances, Position, Activity, Performance, Asset Allocation, Projected Income, Gain and Loss)
.Data analysis experience - must have proficiency with SQL, Microsoft Excel
.Well-defined and structured individuals who can document, track, and work on Functional, Technical, and Data requirements seamlessly with minimum supervision
