When building software, we will be going through many stages from initial requirements to going live, it's important to ensure that everything works according to specification. We%27re looking for a quality assurance engineer to help us maintain our high level of quality. QA tester will seek bugs, identify issues, report them, and see that they're dealt with.
Responsibilities
.Define, implement, and govern the overall QA strategy for Salesforce programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
.Deep understanding of Salesforce metadata, APEX, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative platform automation (Flows).
.Strong hands-on experience with Provar Automation, Provar Manager, and ideally Provar Grid for parallel execution.
.Familiarity with version control systems and release management tools.
.Own the Provar automation roadmap, including the design, enhancement, and scaling of the automation suite.
.Mentor manual testers to become Quality Engineers proficient in low-code Provar automation, promoting continuous learning and skill development.
.Drive the shift from manual to automated testing using Provar, particularly for complex, highly customized Salesforce environments.
.Identify high-risk areas early in the development cycle using Provar's analytics and AI capabilities to minimize defects before production.
.Utilize Provar Manager to collect, report, and visualize test data (results, coverage, defects) to provide a single source of truth for release quality
.Work with developers, architects, and product owners to ensure comprehensive test coverage across different Salesforce clouds (e.g., Health Cloud, Sales Cloud) and integrations.

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications we seek in you!
.B.E./B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech
.Excellent written and verbal communication skills
.Experience in Software Testing

Preferred qualifications
.Experience in Cloud environment is added advantage
.Ability to work under minimal supervision and be proactive.
.Experience in various automation frameworks like Provar, Karate and Tosca.
.Ability to work with distributed team members including time zone flexibility
.Should have Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
.Willingness to work in a meaningful and multifaceted environment
.Must have worked on any of the standard bug reporting tool
.Must have excellent analytical skill to find root cause and reproduce the issue.
.Understand work you%27re doing/jobs, their functional requirements.
.Clear Understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle.
.Experience in Agile Methodology
