Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. preferred; Graduate with MBA/PGDM

Base Location: Gurugram, Haryana (Head Office) | Delhi/NCR

Remote Eligible: Yes — Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Mumbai considered for strong profiles

Travel: Field sales as required; primarily office-based

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Lead Consultant, you are the trusted advisor and deal driver at the heart of Virtuos's Asana practice. You combine deep product knowledge with consultative sales instincts — capable of leading discovery workshops, architecting multi-team Asana solutions, presenting to enterprise stakeholders, and managing complex sales cycles end-to-end.

You are a Smartech enthusiast — someone who genuinely understands how AI-powered work management, automation, and integration transform the way enterprise teams operate. You bring energy to every client interaction, a natural ability to build rapport and trust, and the technical credibility to be believed when you make a recommendation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own and manage an assigned territory/account set: prospecting, pipeline building, progression, and closure.
  • Lead discovery and scoping workshops with client stakeholders to understand workflow pain points and opportunity areas.
  • Design and present tailored Asana solutions — including workflow architecture, team structure, integration design, and AI/automation recommendations.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and proof-of-concept implementations that convert opportunities to proposals.
  • Build detailed commercial proposals, pricing configurations, and executive business cases (ROI models, time-to-value analyses).
  • Lead or contribute to RFP / RFI responses with both technical and commercial content.
  • Manage sales cycles from first call to signed order — maintaining CRM hygiene, forecast accuracy, and stakeholder engagement throughout.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure smooth handover post-sale: scope documentation, kickoff preparation, client expectations management.
  • Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts: upsell, cross-sell, and renewal management.
  • Stay current on Asana product releases, AI features, and competitive landscape; contribute product feedback to Asana partner team.
  • Mentor junior consultants and associates on solution design and sales process.

WHAT YOU BRING

Required:

  • 5–8 years of experience in SaaS sales, pre-sales solution consulting, or enterprise software advisory.
  • Hands-on experience with Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or equivalent Work Management platforms.
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
  • Strong solution design capability: ability to map business processes to software capabilities and present the translation clearly.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; professional presentation skills.
  • Experience with productivity/automation tools and AI-powered SaaS platforms.
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent) for pipeline and forecast management.
  • B.Tech / B.E. preferred; Graduate with MBA/PGDM.

Preferred / Nice to Have:

  • Asana Certified Professional or active Asana training progress.
  • Experience with HR Tech, ITSM, Project Management Office (PMO), or Operations verticals.
  • Familiarity with Zapier, Make.com, Slack, Microsoft Teams, or Google Workspace integrations.
  • Understanding of AI workflow automation and intelligent task routing concepts.
  • Prior experience in a SaaS partner/reseller environment.
