Lead cloud operations implementation, maintenance, and monitoring for scalable, reliable software infrastructure.

Implement infrastructure automation for provisioning, configuration, deployment, and lifecycle management using Chef, Ansible, Docker, and related frameworks.

Oversee AWS cloud environments with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices to ensure consistent deployment, configuration, and governance.

Enhance monitoring systems for high availability, performance, security, and compliance across cloud environments.

Produce technical documentation including IQ protocols, backup/recovery policies, maintenance plans, and upgrade plans.

Collaborate with SQA, Marketing, Service, Support, and project/program management during product development and delivery.
