We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Cloud Network Engineer specializing in AWS to design, implement, and maintain robust cloud networking solutions for our organization.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in cloud network services, DevOps practices, and Infrastructure as Code (IAC) frameworks to drive operational excellence and scalability.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of AWS networking infrastructure, including ELB, Transit Gateway, Private Link, and AWS IPAM
- Architect and manage hybrid DNS setups and Cloud WAN segmentation for secure connectivity
- Oversee the configuration and operation of Network Firewall, Proxy, and Direct Connect gateways
- Implement monitoring and logging using CloudWatch, CloudTrail, SNS, Lambda, and Grafana
- Utilize DevOps and IAC tools such as GitHub and CloudFormation for automated deployments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize cloud infrastructure and networking
- Ensure network reliability, scalability, and security in line with organizational requirements
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex cloud network and services issues
- Develop technical documentation and best practices for cloud networking and automation
Requirements
- 8 to 12 years of experience in cloud networking and infrastructure management
- Knowledge of AWS networking services including ELB, Private Link, Transit Gateway, Cloud WAN, and Hybrid DNS
- Expertise in network security solutions such as Network Firewall, Proxy, and Gateways
- Proficiency in monitoring and automation tools including CloudWatch, CloudTrail, SNS, and Grafana
- Competency in DevOps practices and IAC tools such as GitHub and CloudFormation
- Certification in AWS or relevant networking domain
