Troubleshoot incidents, identify root causes, fix and document problems, and implement preventive measures
Educate teams on the implementation of new cloud-based initiatives, providing associated training when necessary
Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills, with an ability to see and solve issues before they affect business productivity

Proven ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of business analysts, developers, architects and subject-matter experts
13 or more years of overall experience. 5 or more years of experience in designing, developing, implementing, supporting cloud solutions on AWS platforms including EC2, EKS, S3, EBS, IAM, etc.
2 years of experience with Kubernetes and containerized deployment
Experience with Cloud tools including Terraform, Helm, kubectl, etc.
Experience with DevOps practices and tools including CI/CD pipelines, GIT, GitHub, Jenkins and related tools
Proficient in Java and working experience in Linux
Experience working in agile teams either using Scrum or Kanban
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field with relevant work experience
