Position - Lead Client Operations and Services - Sourcing & Procurement (IBPM S&P)

Experience - 15+ years of relevant post qualification experience with at least 5 years of experience in Source to Contract roles (BPM environment)

Work location - Bangalore(Electronic City)

Qualification - Graduate in Engineering / Commerce / Business / Supply Chain

Work from office

Work Experience and Educational Attainment:

>Graduate in Engineering / Commerce / Business / Supply Chain

>15+ years of relevant post qualification experience with at least 5 years of experience in >Source to Contract roles (BPM environment)

>Excellent communication skills, people management skills and ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve the goals

> Experience in leading large teams in sourcing / procurement environmen

>Experience in managing client relationship

Requirements

• Proven experience in operational sourcing at a global level and category support end to end
• Proficient in people management and stakeholder relations
• Knowledge of portfolios like Marketing, Business Services will be added advantage
• Solid knowledge of Sourcing process & Spend Analysis
• Proficient and experienced working with MS Office tools like Excel, word, ppt etc.
• Possess an analytical mindset and is willing to learn and grow
• Excellent communication skills and flexible
• Excellent English communication both written and oral
• Proactive, Flexible and adaptable to business needs
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills

Roles and Responsibilities:

As a global role, you will be responsible for below responsibilities depending on the scope of work established with a client:

• Responsible for managing global spend linked to portfolios Marketing and Business Services
• Act as first point of contact for the stakeholder and customer team for specific category globally
• Owns delivery and SLA responsibly for the overall engagement under S2C
• Overseas operations performance across all in scope processes
