Key Responsibilities:
Act as a Data SME for the Enterprise Data Platform
Gather, analyze, and document business and data requirements
Translate requirements into user stories and development tasks
Facilitate workshops, interviews, and requirement elicitation sessions
Define data lineage from source systems to the Enterprise Data Warehouse
Collaborate with Product Managers, Data Engineering, QA, and business stakeholders
Support agile delivery, prioritization, testing, and solution validation
Mandatory Skills:
Business System Analysis
Claims Management / Insurance Domain
Strong SQL
Requirements Gathering & Documentation
Data Lineage & Enterprise Data Warehouse Concepts
Agile Methodologies
⭐ Good to Have:
Greenfield Data Warehouse implementation experience
Snowflake / Enterprise Data Platform exposure
JIRA or similar Agile tools
London Market Insurance experience
