Lead Business Central - Functional Consultant

About the Role

As a Lead Business Central - Functional Consultant, your key responsibilities will include:

• Translating complex business requirements into effective software configurations, and clearly demonstrating to customers how the configured solution addresses their specific needs.
• Conducting thorough demonstrations and training sessions for customer users, ensuring the implemented solution is well-understood and adopted.
• Rigorously testing the solution and proactively addressing various what if scenarios to ensure its robustness and reliability.

Skills & Experience

• At least 8-13 years of experience implementing ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Business Central.
• Ability to comprehensively understand and articulate business processes and needs.
• Familiarity with Food & Beverage businesses and processes, preferably within the fresh produce sector or similar industries focused on food traceability and/or seed-to-shelf processes.
• Curious and passionate about problem-solving.
• Ambitious and unafraid of change.
• Dedicated to delivering high performance.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)

• Experience implementing systems in a process manufacturing environment.
• Experience in large distribution or warehousing.
• Experience implementing ERP in a Food and/or Beverage Finance/Manufacturing environment.
